Visited Kshema for my grandma's emergency care. Stayed over 3 days; sharing my observations in this feedback. Staff (reception, nurses/brothers, housekeeping) were attentive and friendly, with skilled specialist and visiting doctors. Rooms stayed hygienic with thrice-daily cleaning, and charges are affordable for all classes—this was our second visit in 2 years, with no difference in service quality, making it our top choice! Always my first preference. They weren't too business-minded; instead, they were genuinely helpful and service-oriented. I wish they remain the same forever.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care provided to my father-in-law during his laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones and hernia.

The surgeon, duty doctors, and nursing staff took exceptional care of him throughout his treatment and recovery. The administrative team was also very cooperative, and all processes and transactions were handled smoothly and efficiently.

As we are based abroad, we were initially concerned about his care. However, Dr. Shivakumar took the time to speak with us personally, kept us promptly informed about his condition, and patiently addressed all our questions and concerns. This communication provided us with great reassurance during a stressful time.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Manojith, Dr. Shivakumar, and the entire medical and support team for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. We are truly grateful to the hospital and staff for the outstanding service and care.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Since I live in the U.S., I wanted a reliable hospital close to home so I could travel back and forth while ensuring the best possible care for my father, who recently suffered a stroke.

I am extremely satisfied with the care provided. The staff is always available when called and treats patients with immense patience, kindness, and a positive attitude. Their warmth and encouragement truly make a difference in the recovery process.

I would especially like to appreciate the nursing staff, particularly Manjula and Sabina, who worked alternating day and night shifts. They were consistently attentive, compassionate, and supportive. The attendant Mariswamy was also very kind and patient, handling every situation calmly and with care, which we deeply appreciated.

The physiotherapy support was very helpful, especially Physiotherapist Nethaj, whose dedication and encouragement played a significant role in my father’s improvement. His consistent efforts helped my father regain mobility and confidence. While there were occasional delays with some sessions, overall the physiotherapy support was beneficial.

Overall, we are truly grateful for the care, dedication, and support provided by the hospital during a very challenging time for our family. 🙏

I am happy to share my experience with hospital and Mr.Shivakumar sir.
My husband, who was treated with 100% care by doctors, sisters and staff. They were always ready to help, very kind, polite and knowledgeable. More than a treatment the care and the assistance they gave was amazing. We were there for 2.5 months, they not only treated patient but gave moral support to me as well which is unforgettable special thanks to Dr. Bharat(neurosurgeon), Dr.Habiba, Dr.Nivedita, Kanchana sister, Sibina Sister, Manjula sister and Nandini sister and spl thanks to parashiva who was so kind and gentle while ablutions, he ensures that the patient is comfortable all the time.
All the house keeping staff and other staff were very helpful answered every query of us with utmost respect. Great team 👏thank you:)

My wife recently underwent a laparoscopic hysterectomy at Kshema Hospital, and we are extremely satisfied with the care and treatment she received. The entire medical team was very supportive and professional.
Dr. Sunil Eshwar performed the surgery with great skill and expertise, and the recovery process has been smooth. Dr. Shivakumar and Dr. Basavaraj were very cooperative and ensured we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the procedure.
All the staff and nurses were caring, attentive, and always ready to help. Their compassion and dedication made a big difference during our hospital stay.
We are truly grateful to the whole team at Kshema Hospital for their excellent service and patient care. Highly recommended!

My MIL(82 yrs) underwent a hip surgery operated by Dr. Manohar Babu in Kshema Multi Specialty Hospital. The Duty Doctor and Management are very Professional and Kind have taken care MIL excellent way in ICU for 24hrs.
Later shifted to Special Room, the Nursing Station staff and also duty doctors [day and night shift] were excellent, MIL very much recovered next 3-4days. Special thanks to Dr. Shivakumar for being very kind and has a excellent Management Skills.
Would also like to make a special mention of nursing staff who are very efficient, kind, understanding and alert at all times. The Housing Keeping Staff kept rooms very clean and hygienic. Overall my experience with Kshema multi specialty hospital has been Excellent and Amazing.
One Final word abt the hospital, while being discharged we have forgotten our APPLE CHARGER along with Lighting Cable, Ms. Rani from hospital was courteous and honest enough to call us regarding this and return it to us.
The Ambulance Driver was also very skilled and shifted her safe and sound to and fro from hospital
